I supervise therapist at all stages, from trainees to professionally established. My aim is to support therapist through being curious with them about what they feel with their clients, process that and find a way to translate it into something of use to their clients.
Both as a therapist and as a supervisor, my aim is to offer a space where we can think together about your particular challenges in being a human being within a socially unequal society, to find ways of befriending the painful and difficult aspects so as to create more space for acceptance of more of you. In order to do this I focus as much on the emotions and the thinking processes as on the body. I believe that working with these 3 aspects foster intuition and other deeper understandings, which in turn allow for a fuller experience of life.
I am a member of BACP and accredited by UKCP.

I’m an Intergrative, Minster trained, psychotherapist and supervisor: UKCP registered
and on the BACP Accredited Register. After some work in the NHS, I’ve run a very successful
private practice for over a decade so have a wealth of experience to offer my supervisees.
I work relationally; with the body, mindfulness, yoga and philosophy included in my
integration along with the traditional schools of thought. I offer a creative and
accommodating style developed from my first career as a professional musician. Please take

My name is Cristina Durigon and I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor working in Pimlico (central London). I am a BACP and UKCP registered psychotherapist and clinical supervisor and I have extensive experience working with individuals who are living with a wide range of difficulties. I offer short- and long-term psychotherapy to adults and young people from the age of 18 years old. I work with the Integrative approach and I combine a number of theories in my style to better suit my client’s needs. I also provide relational and integrative supervision and my main approaches are the psychodynamic, gestalt and the person-centred perspectives. I also have a breadth of knowledge of other therapeutic perspectives and my aim is to find a common language with supervisees so we can work together even if our therapeutic approaches are not exactly the same. I have experience working with individuals and groups and I have worked as a clinical supervisor within the third sector as well as the NHS. I am particularly interested in helping students to develop their skills so they can achieve different levels of development until they find themselves ready to find jobs or to start their own private practices.
