The Minster Centre is seeking a Weekend Tutor to teach the Integrative Diagnosis/Formulation and Treatment Planning weekend module to our third-year psychotherapy and counselling students.  At present teaching is taking place in person at our building in Queens Park, London NW6.

Weekend modules provide the opportunity for students to focus on a particular topic and work with a tutor with expertise in that area. Tutors normally teach groups of 10-14 students and many weekends are run several times during the academic year to allow all the students in a relevant year to attend.  The weekend provides dedicated space for students to focus on the relationship and differences between diagnosis and formulation, assessment of clients, and the process of integrative formulation. We would like to run the weekend twice in 2021.

This post is being advertised internally and externally.  We particularly welcome applications from people of colour or with disabilities as people with these characteristics are under-represented in the profession and at the Minster Centre, particularly in senior posts.

Hours and Salary

The appointment is for the academic year 2021-22.  The post holder will deliver the same 2 day teaching twice (4 days in total).

PAYE at a rate equivalent to £314 per contact day
