I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist based in West London.

I’m registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and am guided by their ethical frameworks.

I hold a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling from the Minster Centre, one of the UK’s leading training establishments.

I have a private practice in Hammersmith and also work for a charity that provides free counselling and therapy as part of the NHS’s Back on Track (NHS Talking Therapies) service. My experience there has brought me into contact with a wide variety of people from the diverse local community who are struggling with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, anger, bereavement and loss, self-harm, problems related to work and stress, relationship issues and health-related issues. I have an interest in and have conducted research into issues around sexuality, sex and sexual identity.

I have many years’ experience working in an arts and creative industry background, working with actors, musicians, artists, writers and other creative individuals and am interested in the role that creativity and imagination play in people’s lives. I have a degree in Biological Sciences which provided me with strong analytical and theorising skills.
