I am a trained psychotherapist accredited with the UKCP, BACP, and COSRT. I am also a certified sex addiction therapist with the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP). My professional experience includes working with men and women in private practice as well as individuals, couples (both same-sex and heterosexual couples) and groups. I am an integrative psychotherapist who draws on humanistic, psychoanalytic/psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural models to help clients come up with personal treatment plans that suit their needs.

An experienced and Integrative Psychotherapist qualified since 2000. I have worked in the voluntary sector, private sector and the NHS. I have Specialist experience working with eating disorder presentations and self-harming behaviours, however I also work with adults and adolescents who present with a diverse range of issues. I have been a tutor, supervisor and Head of Year, at the Minster Centre for many years. Member of BACP and UKCP accredited.

I am a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist with over 18 years of experience in NY and London in both the public and private sectors, including the NHS and private and voluntary organisations. I have a special interest in grief/bereavement (including complicated grief), working with those adjusting to life as an Expat, transitions in family life or in relationships, chronic and terminal health difficulties, trauma, abuse, bereavement and loss and cross cultural issues. I also have extensive experience working with both children and adults who have difficulties with stress, anxiety and/or low mood; as well as children with emotional or behavioural difficulties (including ADHD and ASD). Utilizing an Integrative approach combining psychodynamic and systemic ideas, I explore with clients how their past experiences or more recent stresses, may be impacting them in the present. My therapeutic aim is to work with adults and children to alleviate their distress, make sense of their experiences and develop new ways of coping with difficulties. I believe in providing a respectful therapeutic relationship which draws on individual’s strength and their innate resources to heal and move forward again in their life.

I have an MA Counselling and offer integrative therapy to people with a wide range of presenting issues and I also offer therapy to counsellors in training. I am BACP Accredited (Senior Member) and I am UKCP Accredited.

I am an integrative therapist, with my private practice based at Old Street, Kings Cross and Great Portland Street. I am a registered member of BACP and UKCP. I have particular experience in anxiety, depression, and bereavement, as well as issues surrounding fertility, pregnancy and miscarriage. I worked for several years in an NHS tertiary psychotherapy clinic in south-east London, and now work part-time in the student counselling service at Royal Holloway, University of London.

I trained at the Minster centre as Integrative Psychotherapist and have also trained as Art psychotherapist, therefore offer clients a space where they can also work with art materials. My practice is informed by both Integrative and Psycho dynamic Theory. I have substantial experience of working in Mental Health and Addiction services and have done additional training in working with Trauma.I am also offering Counselling and Psychotherapy in German language.

I am a Minster Centre trained Integrative Psychotherapist and Supervisor. I am experienced in working both with groups and individuals and with inexperienced and experienced practitioners. I have experience of working within the NHS and the charity sector. As part of this I have specialist knowledge of personality disorder, trauma and dissociation. I am currently also a consultant psychotherapist at the Centre for Dissociative Studies and a trainer on the Foundation Course at The Minster Centre.

I welcome clients who are interested in both short-term (focus oriented) counselling and long term psychotherapy. I work with various issues surrounding diversity and difference in particular struggles around identity and belonging. I work with couples and individuals who are struggling with pregnancy/ birth, becoming new parents, post-natal depression and finding a new dynamic within relationship(s) after the birth/death of a child. I also have a particular interest with mother/child dynamics. I also offer the option of working in the outdoors – if this is something that you would be interested in then we can talk more about this in our initial assessment.
