My aim is helping people developing a better relationship with themselves through finding more acceptance of who they are, so they can feel freer and more at ease with the inevitable difficulties of life. If we find a way to turn perceived shortcomings into resources then self-esteem doesn’t need to be dragging us down and making us feel doomed. I focus as much on the emotions and the thinking processes as on the body. I believe that working with these 3 aspects foster intuition and other deeper understandings, which in turn allow for a fuller experience of life. I am a member of BACP and accredited by UKCP, I work in English and Spanish with individuals – adults, children and adolescents – as well as couples. Short walking distance from Charing Cross, Leicester Sq. or Covent Garden stations.

I am a Minster Centre trained integrative counsellor registered with the BACP. I offer counselling for adults both in-person and online for a range of issues including anxiety, depression and relationship problems.
Starting, or restarting therapy, can feel like a daunting process.
I can offer you a warm, non-judgmental space where you can freely share what has brought you to therapy. People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons. Perhaps something specific has happened to you that you’d like to work through together. Or perhaps you’re experiencing a more general feeling of unease or dissatisfaction with life, unsure how to proceed.
At the heart of my practice is a focus on the relationship between myself and my client – I believe that we heal and grow through relationships. That means that in our sessions we work collaboratively, together.
It’s my aim to help you explore how you currently think and relate to the world, what’s holding you back in life, and what might help you live the life you’d like to.
I currently work at an adult counselling service in South East London as well as seeing clients privately in East London.

As a relational integrative psychotherapist, I believe deeper understandings and lasting change come about as a result of the relationship between therapist and client. I work predominantly with talking therapy, but also incorporate the body to access deeply held emotion. I also occasionally utilise art therapy, constellation work and canine assisted therapy. I am a member of the UKCP and BACP.

I am a UKCP registered Integrative psychotherapist with over thirty years of professional experience. I have worked in private practice and organisational settings as a therapist, trainer, supervisor and consultant. I am practical, compassionate and creative with a straightforward and open manner. As well as exploring past stories and relationships, as a therapist I also recognise the importance of a client’s present day life, their social and political contexts, gender, ethnic identity, class, sexuality and health. My main conceptual influences are the humanistic and psychodynamic traditions and attachment theory. Born in New York City, I have lived in four different countries – the US, Ireland, Italy and England. I provide both long term and short term therapeutic work. I am willing to negotiate a lower fee for therapy trainees and those on a low income. Look me up online to find my website and read more about me. I offer a free 30 minute online consultation to see if we would work well together.

I am a qualified, registered integrative therapist (UKCP and MBACP), working in private practice from Kings Cross, Golders Green and online, and as an honorary psychotherapist in the NHS (The Munro Centre: Maudsley hospital). I work with clients who see me for help with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, disordered eating, transitions in family life or relationships and major life changes.
In my work as an integrative therapist, I draw on a number of valuable approaches from my training, life experience and on-going continuing professional development, to guide my work with clients. My approach includes aspects of psychodynamic, attachment and humanistic theories. I prioritise building good, collaborative therapeutic relationships with my clients, and work flexibly to best suit the client’s therapeutic needs and goals. I offer a safe, empathic space for clients to discuss, explore and work through their difficulties or challenges, offering both short- and longer-term therapy.

I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and a member of BAATN (Black and Asian Therapist Network) and The Relational School. I hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling from the Minster Centre in London, an MA from Middlesex University in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling and an MA in Graduate Liberal Studies from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada.
My training is integrative and relational. ‘Integrative’ means that I incorporate understandings drawn from several schools of psychotherapy (the humanistic, existential, psychodynamic and somatic) into the way I work. I believe that each one of us is unique, so I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs.
Working ‘relationally’ reflects my belief that we evolve through relationship. It is in relationship that we learn how safe it is to be in the world, what we can expect from others, and how to relate to our own needs. The therapeutic relationship offers us a chance to discover not just who you’ve become, but a safe space to try out new ways of being.
Before becoming a psychotherapist I worked in the Arts, Educational and Charitable sectors, and once ran my own jewellery studio. I have lived in several countries, am of dual heritage and bring all these diverse experiences to the way I work. I am deeply committed to honouring the diversity of humankind. I offer an LGBTQ inclusive space.

I am an integrative and relational psychotherapist working in private practice and I offer space for you to explore with me issues that you may be struggling with or which may be preventing you from living your life as fully as you would like. Maybe you feel overwhelmed and do not know where to turn? I will invite you to bring your feelings, thoughts and concerns so that we can work collaboratively to understand better what is happening in your life today and perhaps how previous events and patterns may be affecting you. I will neither judge nor direct you but will offer a relationship with empathy and active engagement.
I trained at the Minster Centre and have an M.A. in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling and a Diploma in Counselling. I am a registered member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and abide by its Ethical Standards. I offer therapy for individuals, couples and groups in English and German. I see people for anxiety and depression related issues as well as complex, enduring mental health difficulties. I am an accredited integrative psychotherapist & counsellor, mindfulness facilitator, and senior yoga teacher & trainer with over 10 years’ experience both as a consultant in Private Practice and in the NHS. My special interest lies in working with relationship difficulties, cross-cultural issues, and trauma. My thinking is based on an embodied mind and the integrative approach allows me to combine traditional therapeutic theories with evidence-based models and contemporary relational ideas that are grounded in findings from neurobiology. I draw on psychoanalytic and psychodynamic thought; attachment- and regulation theories; sensorimotor and body-awareness approaches to trauma; DIT (Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy); CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Mindfulness; and other modalities. In this way therapy is tailored to my clients’ needs, rather than them fitting into a method. UKCP, BACP and YAP accredited. Practices in Wimpole Street, W1G and Wimbledon Village, SW19.
