I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Supervisor with a Masters Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy with excess of ten years of clinical experience. I work both long and short-term in a solution focused way, and in open-ended therapy. I use psychodynamic concepts to think about my work, but my modality integrates a range of humanistic and body-oriented theories. I also include the innovative psychotherapeutic technique, the Pesso Boyden System, into the range of modalities I practice. I highly value the advances of neuroscience as an informative source for psychotherapy.
As a supervisor I support colleagues to develop professionally in their own individual way through an interpersonal process. I facilitate the supervision where new knowledge and skills are integrated within an existing theoretical framework and within emerging personal awareness.
I am holding a Minster Centre membership and am accredited with UKCP
