Brigitta Mowat

I aim to create a space that fosters exploration and creativity. In my approach I focus on the issues you present, but we invariably also explore the underlying unconscious processes. When going through an emotionally challenging time, it is useful to experience a relationship, such as the one I provide, where unspoken thoughts and feelings can find uncensored expression.

Carolyn Hall

I aim to create a safe and confidential relationship with you, where we can reflect on and explore what is troubling in your life. We will work together to understand you and to make sense of these issues, so that you may respond differently to situations and make different choices for yourself.
