We are looking for an experienced qualified supervisor/tutor to work with students on our Diploma in Supervision/ MA/PGDip programme. This course is intended for qualified counsellors and psychotherapists who wish to undertake substantial continuing professional development to acquire new skills on their existing practice and to enhance their career options with a qualification in supervision.

Your role will be to contribute to the teaching of the modules on the course, and in particular to provide training on Diversity, and, alongside one of the other tutors, to facilitate supervision of supervision for a small group of students who will bring their supervision work from their placements. The teaching commitment will be approximately 30 hours to be agreed with the team. We would consider employing two tutors if appropriate to cover the hours.

This course is delivered in weekend blocks on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (course dates are included in the Job Description, downloadable below).

The role requires a commitment to supporting students who are also qualified practitioners in developing their theoretical understanding and capacity to work at depth to in order to work as trained supervisors.
